TRANSFORMING BIOMASS WASTE INTO ADVANCED FUELS
ADVANCED FEEDSTOCK CONVERSION
Oleo's proprietary
biomanufacturing platform combines microwave hydrolysis and microbial fermentation to transform wasted plant matter into oil feedstocks for the production of advanced fuels.

SUPPLY CHAIN RELIABILITY
Our highly flexible platform enables the production of both cellulosic sugar feedstocks for ethanol and alcohol to jet SAF, and oil feedstocks for renewable diesel and HEFA-based SAF. Combined with our ability to convert a wide range of biomass sources into valuable fuel precursors, increases optionality and resilience across the supply chain.
FLEXIBILITY
Our highly flexible microbial platform leverages rare, wild type strains we’ve isolated from the environment. These microbes are high lipid producers, tolerant to a wide range of lignocellulosic substrates, and capable of consuming both C6 and C5 sugars. This versatility allows efficient conversion of diverse biomass feedstocks into valuable fuel precursors, enhancing supply chain resilience and production capacity.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Our microwave hydrolysis technology converts biomass waste into cellulosic sugars in just 10 minutes, which is drastically faster than conventional methods. This process is also 20% more energy efficient than traditional thermal approaches, unlocking speed and affordability at industrial scale.
AFFORDABLE PRICING
Our input costs are over 10x lower than traditional bio-oils, allowing us to reach price parity with incumbent commodities like canola oil. At the same time, we maintain significantly lower carbon intensity scores, unlocking both economic and environmental advantages.
